President Trump gave his blessing Monday to lawmakers in several states who
are pushing legislation to allow Bible literacy classes in public schools.

“Numerous states introducing Bible Literacy classes, giving students the
option of studying the Bible,” Trump wrote in a morning tweet. “Starting to
make a turn back? Great!”

As president, Trump has no formal say in state legislative processes.

Trump never saw a bible until the day he was inaugurated. If you watched
the inauguration closely enough, you saw that he didn't put his hand *on*
the bible; he hovered it just above it. He knew that if he touched it, it
would burn off the palm of his hand.

The idea of bible study in public schools is, of course, dead on arrival,
and Trump knows it. He's just trying to throw a sop to knuckle-dragging
fuckwits like Hartung.

Actually, I wouldn't have a problem with public school instruction on the
historical significance of the bible as a culturally important book,
including even studying some of the text to explain some important
expressions, e.g. silk purse out of a sow's ear, part the waters, etc. -
*provided* that equal time and emphasis are given to the Qu'ran, the Torah,
the Vedas, the Pali Canon, and others. I'm sure Hartung is on board with
that <chuckle>

Hint: You will not go into a rave, guzzle all the liquor, bang all the boys, rob the souvenirs and blow chunks in the lap of Klaus Schadenfreude without being treated with contempt.

These posts are clearly not automated, they are made by bigdog who is a pill popping loser with a personal vendetta who has way too much time on his hands (with maybe some scripted pre-processing). Not only did Klaus Schadenfreude's question fail to touch on the "distro", it has nada to do with the desktop. bigdog should go lock the medicine chest.
